Refund policy

Sea Moss Products: All sales of Sea Moss Gel and Sea Moss products are final. Because sea moss is a perishable, consumable food product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items under any circumstances.

Capsules and Other Products: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the safety seal completely unbroken and intact.

Return Process: Contact us at allgoodtingzllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at allgoodtingzllc@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right.
